Duglas is the Master of the Miners. He is married to Mary and lives in Castele Artisans' District. Rocque is his younger brother, who can be found in the Al Maajik Outskirts, near the entrance to the Drysand Desert.

As a reference to Doc from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," he often mixes up letters in his sentences.
